This gall, that has been mentioned in the literature several times, was associated by Urbaneja-Bernat ao with a psyllid, “closely related to Trioza montanetana“. Unfortunately, the host plant of that species, described by Franquinho Aguiar in 2001 from Gran Canaria, is still unknown.
