Myriosclerotinia juncifida (Nylander) Palmer, 1969

1.5 mm long dark brown spots on the culms. The culms contain brown fungal tissue, where 2 µm sized light brown conidia are formed. Later black sclerotia develop in the cums, up to 1.5 cm, sprouting long-stalked apothecia.
